My Services.

I offer individual, couples, and family counseling to residents of Wisconsin. I see clients ages 5 and up, in person and virtually, and treat a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma. To learn more, you can view my Psychology profile here.

Marriage Workshop

I have curated a 3-5 hour marriage workshop that is suitable for Valentine’s Day banquets and/or church settings.

Christian Coaching

I offer 1:1 support for those wanting a deeper relationship in Christ. In these sessions, we will determine where you are in your walk and where you want to be. Depending on where you are and your needs, sessions will be customized to you and may likely include prayer and the reading of Scripture. The cost for Christian coaching is $50/hour, with the possibility of a sliding scale fee.

Speaking

I have developed and delivered presentations surrounding communication, marriage, youth mental health, self-care, domestic violence and sexual assault, and the Hmong community. I enjoy speaking in person and in virtual formats and can host workshops ranging from 1-5 hours.

Consulting

I opened my own private practice in October of 2023 and had a full caseload in less than 6 months. If you are interested in starting your own private practice, I would be happy to speak to you. The cost for consulting is $50/hour and meetings will occur via Zoom.
